Renolith
is a water-solvable, neutral and non-toxic polymer additive
for road construction. It is easy to use in combination with
soil and normal Portland Cement to create a solid and stable
road base with in-situ material or sub base material. Therefore,
the costs and time involved can be significant reduced.
Motor
grader scarify surface, level the ground and get rid of large
stones, organic substances. There, motor grader work on shaping
material to require profile.

method

) Grader using rippers loosens material

) Cement spreading carried out at designed rate

) Mixing Machine with Renolith Tank pass along cement treated
strip . Automatically , mixing machine will spray Renolith at
designed ratio
Central
mixing plant method
a
) Feed Cement and soil aggregate to the pug mill mixes

) Spray Renolith and water at designed ratio.

) Transport Renolith soil cement by truck

Compaction
Rubber
tired roller and vibratory roller compact at approximate 85-90
% compaction
2.3
Final Trimming and curing
Final
trimming by cutting to spoil with grader and Surface kept moist
for 3-4 days.
3. FINISH
Pavement
can be opened to light traffic after trimming heavy traffic
kept off pavement for 4 days.
