mainly concerned with the import of round logs from countries all
over the world for the use in the Kingdom of Thailand.

Factory Co. Ltd. being the Holding Company, with 14 other company's
under its umbrella, as per attached list, with a total capital investment
of Thai Baht 825,000,000 ( Million).

annual turnover of The group in 1998 was Thai Baht 4,500,000,000
(Billion), and employs 1,600 people worldwide. The group,
outside The Kingdom of Thailand has a large chemical factory in
Sri Lanka and a Jewelry manufacturing plant in Spain.
In 1997 our group established and registered a new company. Named
International Renolit Corporation, as a joint venture with
a German Chemical group to produce the worldwide patented Renolith
product, a polymer mixture developed for using soil and cement to
produce durable polymer concrete-like roads, irrigation channels
etc. and does not need aggregate or reinforcement bar
